Problem with an order?
Please go to the shop, not us. Open your order using the link in your confirmation email and press Report a problem, or message the shop there. They sold it to you, so only they can refund, replace or sort out delivery.
Lost your email? Log in and look under your account, or check your spam folder for an email from us with your order number.
